Sat. Sept. 21:  Popcorn & Wreath sales begin -- Mon. Oct. 28:  Sales orders turn-in



Show & Sell Popcorn at Ace Hardware

Sign up for selling popcorn at a local Ace Hardware on a Sat or Sun in the month of October! Sign up here:  https://www.trails-end.com/registration and click Parent on behalf of my Scout.; we are: Council - Northern Star; District - Metro Lakes; Pack - 3103.
Look to the upper right and click on "Book a Shift." Each site has 3 time slots on Saturday and 2 time slots on Sunday.

Step 2 - Once you signed up for a shift, let your location captain know so they can meet you! Here are location captains:

Fundraising Overview.

There is only one period of fundraising for Cub Scouts Pack 103 - it runs from Mon. Sept. 21 through (order/sales turn in) on Mon. Oct. 28. 

​

  • Wreath sale profits go directly to Pack 103 programs and activities.

  • Popcorn helps fund Northern Star Council-level projects like camp improvements, materials & leader training.

​

There are several options for Popcorn sales:

  1. Show & Sell at a local Ace Hardware on Saturday mornings in October.  Scout + Parent sign up for location(s), day(s), time(s). The Pack purchases popcorn up-front and the Scouts sell it.

  2. Individual sales. Scouts sell and take popcorn orders directly from friends, relatives, neighbors.

Wreaths are sold only through individual sales. Scouts sell and take wreath orders directly from friends, relatives, neighbors.

​

Popcorn & Wreath orders arrive on Sat. Nov. 23, for Scout + Parent pickup and delivery to customers -- arriving just prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. (Same day as Raingutter Regatta.)

Sales Goals!

Sales goals for the year are that each Scout sells $500 combined popcorn and wreath sales. If your Scout does, they will receive a $75 gift card to Target, so you can earn back half of the registration fee!

Wreath Supplier

We take pride in our relationship with our supplier, Evergreen Industries of Inver Grove Heights, MN, which is committed to sustainable environmental practices on the public, private, and Native American lands on which it harvests boughs. It is a major seasonal employer providing jobs to those who harvest the boughs and assemble the wreaths. More info here:   https://www.evergreenindustries.com.
